The law firm of Nielsen & Senior has practiced law in Utah for more than 100 years. Although the firm began as a natural resource and commercial practice it now practices in a wide variety of legal areas including Utah real estate law, Utah estate planning, and Utah bankruptcy law.

Over half of the firm’s attorneys have been with the firm more than 20 years. As a group, the attorneys have been recognized for their excellence in research, legal writing, and ethics awards. Many of the firm’s attorneys serve outside of the firm as editors or writers for publications like the Utah Bar Journal or Brigham Young University Law Review.

The firm’s lawyers strive to give back to the community through the Street Law Program, Guadalupe School, domestic violence advocacy, and Boy Scouts of America.
